The most repeated claim about Arc is that USDC-as-gas means predictable low fees. The low half is true; the predictable half does not survive measurement, and that is what you are buying. You get the full percentile spread of cost per transaction in USDC, the cost broken down by transaction kind (contract call, plain transfer, contract deploy), the base-fee distribution with the share of blocks sitting on the 20 gwei floor, and the complete sampling method. A fee is gasUsed times effectiveGasPrice over 1e18, because USDC is the native gas token and native values carry 18 decimals - effectiveGasPrice is what was actually paid, not a bid, so these are fees and not estimates. HOW THIS COULD BE WRONG, and what we do about it: consecutive recent blocks measure one moment - twelve of them showed a base fee of exactly 20 gwei at both min and max, which reads as a fixed price, while forty blocks spread across 500,000 found six above the floor and one at 202.67 gwei. So blocks are spread across the span, transactions are taken from throughout each block rather than off the top where the highest-priority traffic sits, blocksFailed and receiptsFailed are published, and a 99th percentile is REFUSED below 200 samples because a p99 from 55 receipts is one observation wearing a statistic name. Every arrival we hold with its recipient, the amount credited, the fee CCTP took and the transaction, plus observed fees grouped by transfer size. Read from MintAndWithdraw on TokenMessengerV2 0x28b5a0e9C621a5BadaA536219b3a228C8168cf5d, whose event signature we verified by hashing it rather than assuming it, and filtered to the USDC contract on every single log. The cost is punishing at small size: measured 2026-09-17, one arrival received 0.500000 USDC after a 1.000000 USDC fee on 1.5 sent, which we confirmed independently from that transaction native transfer logs. These are fees we observed. We do not model or predict Circle fees and this is not a quote. A size bucket with fewer than 5 arrivals reports its count and no median rather than a number built on two rows."},{"path":"/api/x402/arc-graveyard","tier":"premium","usd":0.025,"xnt":0.0781,"description":"The Arc pool graveyard, in full: every Uniswap v4 pool on Arc we measured above a lifetime volume floor (minVolumeUsdc), each with its pool id, its state (empty = zero liquidity at the moment of the read, or alive), its lifetime USDC volume, its fee and its hook. The counts live in summary (poolsMeasured, empty, alive, emptyPct, USDC volume through empty and live pools) and the time of the read in generatedAt. Empty means nothing can be sold into that pool right now at any price; anyone may add liquidity again later, and a token is only as dead as its best pool, so check every pool of a token before calling it dead. Lifetime volume is what a pool did over its life, not money in it now. Tokens are identified by contract address, never by symbol."},{"path":"/api/x402/arc-impostors","tier":"default","usd":0.004,"xnt":0.0125,"description":"Every token symbol on Arc that more than one contract is using, with how many contracts wear each name and the canonical address where we have verified one. EVERY COUNT LIVES IN summary (symbolsReused, poolsIndexed, worstSymbol, worstCount) and NO count is quoted here, on purpose: the Arc index grows fast enough that a figure written into this text is stale within hours. The index accumulates every pool we see from the date in indexSince, which the response states; it does not reach back before that. Canonical addresses are given where we have verified one - for example Circle genesis ARC at 0xA12Cd81d0f9988E3d60c4B6a0D52D368Ef3c788d, which Circle has said is not live or tradeable, so any contract trading as ARC is not it. We report what shares a name; we never call a contract a scam, because using a common symbol is not proof of intent. Counted across tokens seen in a pool on Arc, which is not every contract ever deployed."},{"path":"/api/x402/arc-deployers","tier":"default","usd":0.004,"xnt":0.0125,"description":"Who launched what on Arc, and did any of it ever trade. Every creator in our index with more than one launchpad token, with each token, the fees its vault holds, and the risk flags its pools carry. Fees accrue only from REAL swaps, so what a creator launches have earned is expensive to fake: EVERY COUNT LIVES IN summary (vaultsIndexed, distinctCreators, creatorsWithMoreThanOneToken) and none is quoted here: our vault index grew from 80 to 120 repeat creators inside a single evening on 2026-09-17, so any figure written into this text would be wrong by the time you read it. What does NOT move is the finding, measured that evening: the busiest launcher on Arc held 127 tokens and 0.000594 USDC in fees, while the single top earner held 24,180.23 USDC across just 3 tokens. Volume of launches and money earned are close to unrelated, which is the whole point of reading fees instead of counting tokens. Caveats carried in every response: creator is the address the launchpad fee vault returns from creator(), which is authoritative for who owns those fees but is NOT proof of which address deployed the token contract; counts cover the vaults we have indexed, not every launch on Arc; and a token with no pool in our index contributes no risk flags, so a creator with few flags may simply be one we have seen less of. We report what was launched and what it earned. We never label anyone."},{"path":"/api/x402/email-verify-bulk","tier":"default","usd":0.009,"xnt":0.0281,"description":"Clean an email list: pass ?emails=a@b.com,c@d.com (up to 100 in one call) and get a verdict per address plus totals. Each address is checked for usable shape, for MX records read live over DNS, against 25 known disposable-mail domains and against 27 role-account names like info, support and admin. Verdicts are deliverable-domain, role-account, disposable, undeliverable, unknown or invalid, and each one says in words what it means. STATED PLAINLY BECAUSE IT CHANGES WHAT YOU ARE BUYING: we do NOT connect to the mail server to ask whether the individual mailbox exists. That is a check on the DOMAIN. A domain that accepts mail can still bounce a specific address. We refuse mailbox probing because it means interrogating a stranger mail server about a private address and it gets the prober blocklisted, so we sell the smaller true answer instead. A DNS lookup that fails returns unknown, never a guess."},{"path":"/api/x402/web-read","tier":"default","usd":0.003,"xnt":0.0094,"description":"Read web pages as clean text: pass ?urls=a.com,b.com (up to 10 in one call) and get each page title, meta description and readable body with script, style, nav and footer stripped, plus the final URL after redirects, the content type, the byte count and whether it was truncated. STATED PLAINLY BECAUSE IT CHANGES WHAT YOU ARE BUYING: this is a fetch, NOT a browser. JavaScript is not executed, so a page that renders its content client-side comes back thin or empty, and we say so in the response rather than returning a blank and calling it a result. Caps: 2 MB, 4 redirects, 12 second timeout per URL. Safety: only public http and https are fetched, and every hostname AND every redirect hop is resolved and refused if it lands on a loopback, private, link-local or cloud-metadata address, so this cannot be pointed at a private network."},{"path":"/api/x402/chain-status","tier":"cheap","usd":0.003,"xnt":0.0094,"description":"X1 chain health: epoch, slot, TPS, validator count + delinquency, total/activated stake, supply.
