Open a belief on a claim. Stakers escrow XNT for TRUE or FALSE. After bet-close, the opener proposes an outcome. Three challengers can overrule it — pay the dispute fee, get refunded only if the call is overturned. Operator earns 5% of the losing pool, plus all dispute fees if the call survives.
