They claim — every time someone who used your link claims from the faucet, you earn 10% of the APEX they received. They lose nothing; your share is paid out of the site budget, not out of their claim.
Milestones — one-time APEX bonuses at 5 referrals (50 APEX), 10 (120), 25 (350), 50 (800) and 100 (2,000).
It pays itself — there is nothing to request and no minimum. APEX lands in your balance automatically. There is no cash payout, and no SOL or USDC involved at any point.
